Where does BRAVO SIERRA ship?
We ship to all states in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to APO addresses.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders above $35
Standard Shipping (arrives in 4-8 days) is $5.95
Expedited Shipping (arrives in 2-3 days) is $18
Please note that aerosol products (Deodorant Spray, Shaving Foam, Hair/Body Wash & Shave, Hand Sanitizer) only ship via Standard Shipping.
You may see longer delivery times if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or an APO address.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we do! But only for some products.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Bravo Sierra product, so we offer Free Returns. If you have any issues or questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to appear on your CC.
I received the wrong product, what do I do?

When is my CC charged?

What forms of payment do you receive?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as debit cards. We also accept payments via Amazon, Paypal and Shopify.
My CC keeps getting declined, what should I do?

How can I update my order?
Once our warehouse starts processing the order, it’s difficult to make any changes. Please reach out to email@example.com with any questions you may have.
When will my order ship?
Your order is processed 1-2 days after it is placed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified with a tracking link, and you can visit your account page. Please note that orders placed during the weekend are processed the following Monday.
My tracking isn’t working, what should I do?
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to begin moving. If you’re still having issues, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I placed an order but had the wrong address. How can I edit my shipping address?

Are all of your products made in the USA?
All of BRAVO SIERRA products are made in the USA. That means they are assembled and filled in the USA with domestic vendors. We aim to manufacture every single component exclusively with U.S. partners from product R&D to formula and packaging. If we’re unable to find U.S. partners for a certain project or product component, we resort to globally sourced materials for the first round of production while continuing to search for U.S. partners. As of 1/28/20, the only product component in our line that’s sourced globally is the container for the Deodorant. All the other BRAVO SIERRA components, from formula to packaging components, are made in the USA.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty free
Are the products recyclable?
Yes, all of our products are recyclable.
What is the Field Testing Program?
Our product testing program is for current and former members of the US military (active duty, reserves, veterans, and retirees). Our team of veterans understand that it’s not always easy finding the right products when you’re training in the field, on deployment, or just having fun in the outdoors. We’re changing that through our product testing program- where we send you product prototypes that you can test in various field environments- wherever you are in the world. If you’re able to help with a prototype, we’ll send you a year’s worth of the same product once it launches… For free.
How do I sign up?
Just head over to www.bravosierra.com/pages/field-tested and submit your information on our sign-up form. It’s a safe verification tool managed by our partners at GovX (www.govx.com) , which is used by hundreds of the top brands worldwide.
I'm not military, but I am a member of law enforcement and first responder community. Is there a program for me?
We offer LEOs and first responders the ability to sign up for the program as well. Just shoot us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can get you onboarded once we verify your identity.
Do you offer a military discount?
We’ve partnered with the military exchanges at shopmyexchange.com to provide both active duty and veteran service members our products at a discounted price just for them!
How does the 5% contribution to M.W.R. work?
We directly share 5% of all sales — not just profit — with the Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs. The M.W.R. offers quality of life programs dedicated to the well-being of U.S. service members, veterans and their families. What does BRAVO SIERRA mean?
Our name reflects our military-native model. We believe brands in general are B.S. and don't matter, so we call ourselves B.S. (BRAVO SIERRA) to illustrate that point! We believe that what matters is what we do, how we do it, and what's in our products. We engineer high quality products with clean formulas, Cradle-to-Cradle certified packaging, all here in the United States with local partners and vendors.
